Not sure about exact dimensions but it is big. The box is just a bit bigger than the keyboard. Unless you have a big car, you'll probably have to transport it with the passenger seat and back bench folded, it was too wide for my car's back bench.

Yes, has 3.5mm stereo jack port alongside with 2 MIDI Ports on the left side. I disagree that it sounds awful plugged-in. The sound is different, a bit more crystal and less warm than on the speakers but still very good for the price.
