I found the easiest way to change lenses was to gently bend a top rim section upwards while pulling the lens downwards and rotating it in the opposite direction. You may be worried that the rim will break, but fear not, they are quite flexible and resilient.

Hello, I have had these cycling glasses for a while, they are comfortable and do not fall off when I nod, they grip very well. My head is 54 cm in diameter - helmet size small to extra small, I would suggest they are likely to be suitable for a 10 year old. My answer is yes.

not as far as I remember. They are pretty cheap and cheerful, but do the job. Had a friend who found them uncomfortable but suited me for cycling. I don't do much more than 3-4 hours at a time so work well.
