I have put mine in the dishwasher on occasion and the coating is still intact. However, I do not know if there is a maximum temperature at which the coating remains stable ... they are not designed to go in the oven. I cannot remember how expensive they were - you could buy them and trial in the oven without any beef on them and take a view as to the stability of the material it is coated with .... They are 33cm Wide 23cm Deep and 7cm tall All Three racks are exactly the same size The legs are all loose so some find them hard to get to grips with when trying to stack them on each other.
