Sorry, I don't understand the question. L, N & earth terminals are provided for both incoming & outgoing wires. Perhaps your cable diameter is too large for this switch case, hence making reassembly difficult - but only guessing!

If the manufacturers are to be trusted (after VW who knows?) this should be good for 1380 Watts (@ 230volts). My TV is rated ad 118 Watts. I would trust it. Yes. At both ends. Also has terminal for earth wire. Good quality switch. Bit fiddly to wire up but most handy people could do it fairly easily.

Yes, you could use it to make on/off switch for a doorbell. The switch will handle much more current
than you probably need but will do the job. A little fiddly to attach the wires but if you're fairly good with
a screwdriver then should be not problem. I use it to switch my electric organ on and off.

From a switching perspective, yes, but such a thin wire may not clamp enough under the cable grips.
