I don't personally use ice packs with this, as I tend to use ice sleeves (jackets) which the bottles slip in to. It holds two bottles of fizz perfectly with jackets and keeps them cold for many hours. It would accommodate an ice pack of 30cm x 10cm x 2.5cm between the two bottles.
