hi, I have owned my 20GB 4th Gen Ipod since new and it will work with Windows7 and 10 no problem at all. Just download ITunes and rip your fave cds to iTunes attach the usb and let it synch. Simplicity itself, no corruption etc etc.

Simple answer - no. So far as I am aware this model of I-pod doesn't have Bluetooth capability (mine doesn't).
