Hi Loz - I don't know what those seeds are, all I can tell you is that it's a superb very fine mesh sieve that I'd recommend to anyone.

The mesh is very fine. Don't know about nut milks but I should think it would be OK for pulp from juice. I use it for straining home-made lemonade and because the mesh is so fine it is quite difficult to clean. I usually have to have two goes at it!
