You can switch them on or off simply by tapping on the clock symbol to the left of each of the options. You can also set your normal meal times there by tapping on the times listed. Based on the medication details you entered - i.e. how often they are taken, time of first dose, before/after meals etc - the app will bring up notifications at the appropriate times, listing the medications to be taken at that time. In the same screen, you can choose whether you want an audible alarm as well as the notifications. The reminders will continue every few minutes until you have ticked the box to say you have taken the medication, or a certain time has elapsed such that it is too close to your next scheduled dose.
We hope this helps.
