can this be used in HUAWEI Huawei E5332 DEVICE? AND IN ITALY?

I do not know. I used my card in the UK and southern Ireland, where the absence of roaming charges was very welcome. I'm sure the sim would work on an Italian network, but see their website for roaming charges. The dongles used [Huawei] are E353, E3231 Hi Link and an E3131 all unlocked for any network. I have no experience of the E5332. It may help to kick off the SIM before you depart particularly if you are not using windows and internet explorer. I found a few problems using Firefox and Linux which meant that reconnecting with a new SIM was a complete pain. Windoze & Explorer always got me going though [ The dashboard software is windoze/ Mac based]
