Every single fan on this case is damn near silent, the loudest thing in you case WILL be the CPU cooler
Looks really nice, honestly, aesthetically it is one of the cleanest looking cases I have seen in this price range
Allows for expansion, has 3 5.25" drives for all your CD drives/fan controllers, and if you want to have a 3.5" card reader, you can have that instead of one of the 5.25" drives. As well as having (Semi) Hot swap hard drive mounts for quick, tool less installation for both 3.5" and 5.25" drives. You can also add an additional fan if you need it.
Great airflow, I have to say that my computer runs exceedingly cool, even though I use a close loop liquid cooler, mo mobo temperature never goes past 30 even after I work it all day.
Has great add ons, this case has this long plastic bar that spans the whole of the case, you can use this to mount additional fans, or you can use it to lift up GPU's in case they sag from weight.
Not hugely amazing for cable management, this is a big problem for me, there isn't a whole lot of room for excess cabling, there are a few cavities that reach about an inch deep, but for the most part it doesn't quite live up to my expectations, however, there are plenty of tie down spots and after a while, I did manage to fit all the cables into the back cavity.
This case (Who'd of thought 'ey)
AMD FX 4350
Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB 2400MHz
Samsung 1TB HDD 7200RPM
Kingston HyperX 120GB SSD
MSI R7 250
My only issue with it is the front panel is very hard to get off so a lot of force is needed, so be careful with that. Also the clips that hold the removable meshes on the front are easy to break and I broke one when removing a panel for the disc drive. Luckily its not an important part and unable to be seen anyway, just a heads up to be careful with the case when opening it up.
Comes with a blue led fan on the front but I bought another one to go next to it.
As an ex IT engineer / gamer and after a long suffering using a shi*e computer for most of it. (kids cost money) This is the case i got for my new divorce on its way computer.
i think the case looks modern looking without being too teenagerish ! maybe thats some sort of self projection, but i'll leave that for my shrink to decide.
The SSD bracket needed minor force to align it correctly, but this was nothing major. The 5.25 drive bays are nice and easy to access once the extra support rail is removed.
The front panel needs a bit of braveness to remove it, but the mesh grill is well designed. And aids with the cooling as there are about 5,000 holes on the front of the case.
I had a few issues with fitting the motherboard, but that that was mobo related, not the cases fault.
Cooling wise it comes with 1x120mm intake, 1x120mm exhaust. plus 2 fitted 120mm exhaust fans on top. I dont know if i will fit another 120mm at the front. I'll see if it needs it as time goes by.
For the money its super, it has USB3 and USB2 at the front. And the 'pocket' in top is going to be useful for iPhones/external drives as and when.
I fitting the white case with a black and white Gigabyte motherboard for making the most of the whiteness. I thought about extreme colours for the inside, but i am more into music than games. ive purchased white strip LEDs for the case and a black and white graphics card is on the way. I added a ZALMAN water cooler on the CPU and added my Black graphics card. Corsair 500w PSU mounted at the bottom with modular cables. Space for hiding the cables is ample, but having rubber slits would be an impovement. But for £31 what can you say!!! 5/5 in my books
Looks pretty smart even if i do say so myself.
Amazon at the time of ordering was the second cheapest seller. But the cheaper seller (by £1.30) had a 4-5 shipping for £6.99 and Amazon was free by 1pm the next day with Prime.
....now i just need to get two more monitors..... :-)
