Firstly it’s nicely layed out, colourful and a very easy read so you can be a complete beginner to pick this up. It’s well illustrated and informative. However on that point I would like to have seen an anatomical diagram next to each exercise so the reader knew where each exercise was targeting and should be felt.
I would still suggest that you have a qualified fitness practitioner show you how to perform the exercises before starting the programme, even though the exercise discriptions in the book are nice and simple technique and form is most important when you first start out.
Overal a good book and I’d recommend to beginners and those wanting to boost their knowledge without all the bro science.
