At first I didn't believe I could reach some of the more advanced exercises within the 28 day time frame. But I did and I wasn't particularly fit at the time, so if I managed to do it then anyone can.
The great thing about this book is that it has a realistic attitude to Yoga. Hittleman stresses that to begin with you stretch as far as you are able to, and even if it is not very much, eventually you will be able to stretch further and further. The pictures in the book are just ideal positions and you will benefit from attempting the postures at your own ability level.
I lost my copy of the book and am very glad to find it again here.
The 'Thought for the Day' feature was an enlightenment.

This book is good to give you an idea of what yoga is about. And gives you fairly clear instructions on how to carry out the exercises. Read morePublished 10 months ago by Kirsty
A little smaller than expected, I have the hardback and bought this paperback for ease to travel. Otherwise it is the same as the hardback.Published 10 months ago by Lindatoo
