About the Author
Bel Gibbs believes that to invest time in ourselves and our children through yoga is to sow the seeds for a rich and rewarding future. Bel studied for the highly credited British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training Diploma and has been teaching yoga for four years. She runs a range of adult yoga classes and teaches yoga to children in schools and yoga centres.
