This booklet is worth no more (and maybe less) than the $0.99 I paid for it. But the premise of yoga helping golf and fitness is priceless.
and try to get out to play at least a 2-3 times a month...
While nobody would ever confuse me as pro player, I think that
I'm a better player than most other golfers I've come across thus far.
Since the yoga techniques and exercises cited in this book are
effectively used by many professional golfers, I'm hoping that this book will
help me improve my game, in addition to enabling me to be more
mentally relaxed while out on the links...
Among the most awesome features of this book, is that Ernie (the author) provides
some helpful tips/apps that will allow you to read the book on your smartphone...
Overall, I think this is a pretty cool book that is packed with a lot of useful
yoga exercises... it's well worth reading if you're serious about getting a
competitive edge in golf...
can see how it could make a big difference for serious golfers now.
Great guide worth reading and hanging onto to help you get that "edge"
for your game.
Of course, I don't think all the yoga in the world would help MY golf game
but I'm certain it would make me feel much better about being such a lousy
I'm going to take some of the advice and put it to good use. You should too!
And maybe I'll see you on the golf course doing yoga soon.
