An incredible collection of recipes, a high proportion of which appear to involve boiling a mix of suet/flour/breadcrumbs plus a bit of flavouring for several hours! Nevertheless, they can be adapted for pressure cooker or even microwave, and are then fairly quick and easy, albeit high-calorie - just the thing for hungry men in winter!
