However, I have been nothing but impressed with this, the step-up in performance, graphics and expansibility over the 360 is huge.

If you own a 360 and are thinking of getting one of these, absolutely do it. You won't be disappointed.

Although another new model is due maybe this year. This upgrade is a very noticeable improvement over my previous Xbox1. There are full blown reviews on the Internet. Which do more justice than i can here.

A few point. Built in power supply, Well ventilated and heat of unit a lot cooler. Faster OS GUI, 4k is superb and also improves the coloring of older non 4K streams. games etc. I
Where external 4K app and service area available, you will notice the difference when in use.

I am a bit new on Minecraft hence why I gut this bundle. As well as the special Xmas price. recommended

Bought as a Christmas present and heard about having to get it setup before hand so got it out and set it up. Start to do the downloads and switched itself off? Tried to switch it back on and came on for a few seconds then would switch itself off. Have been all over the internet and is a common problem. Lots of geeks saying its overheating (brand new not been on for more than a few seconds), you need a wired internet connection (doesn't even get passed boot up), the power cord is loose (no it's not)... I work in IT and it shouldn't be this hard. Going back.

Great console but disables google chrome

The console itself is a good, well rounded piece of equiptment and thus far I have had no problems with the hardware. The operating system is easy to use and navigable, however it is a big change to the Xbox-360. It comes with a range of languages and the games on the xbox store also come in a multitude of languages which is a good thing, since I am an avid language learner. The only fault I have had so far is rather weird and I do not know why it does this. When you sign in with a microsoft account that is also connected to a laptop it disables the access to google chrome.

All in all, the price is great for what you get, however the google chrome situation is causing a considerable problem as the web browser has all of my bookmarks.

It is the infernal device. The boy loves it. This isn't always good as it is astonishingly difficult to remove the boy from it's loving embrace.

Graphics are pretty amazing (true, I remember seeing a 2600 and thinking wow).

If buying for an under 10, I would suggest looking at the available games as the vast majority are not suitable for little ones.
