The PSU looks great and runs quietly.
I was pleased with the 5 year warranty and suprised to see that it can power my hungry AMD FX 6300 and Radeon 7850 without any problems (so far)

Some might recommend the similarly priced CX430 over this PSU, or perhaps the modular variety.
However, I would reccomend this product over the CX series, as it delivers more power, operates quieter and is more reliable than the Corsair, as well as coming with enough cables for most users. Any excess cables can be tucked into a hard drive cage effortlessly.

This PSU is great for anyone looking for a low price, reliable power source.

Made by Seasonic which is very respected brand due to their high quality components. I purchased this to replace a dodgy generic PSU which had been used in my system.

The PSU can power the components listed below with ease.

- i5 3570.
- 8GB DDR3 RAM.
- Gigabyte GTX 660 OC 2GB.
- 1 TB Seagate HDD.
- DVD drive.
- Asus WiFi card.
- 2 case fans.

After the product became faultly (noise coming from fan, very high temperatures) after more or less 6 months, I contacted XFX looking for a refund or replacement. The producer sent me back to the seller and they asked me to pass on the PSU to them and they'll take care of the refund/replacement. After about 2 weeks I tried re-contacting them after sending the PSU and they didn't reply to this date (about 2 months, I emailed multiple times). So I contacted amazon, clearly explaining the situation. I was told they ll get back to me within 48 hours. After about 4 days I contacted them again, since there was no message back. Then, I was told I was misinformed and I will be contacted within another 5 working days. I waited 2 weeks, with no reply. I contacted amazon again today and I was told nothing can be done from their side... the prouct has a 3 year guarantee, and no one wasn't to fulfill this guarantee, not the producer, not the reseller, not even amazon.

I am very disappointed with this product and Bora computers. Horrible customer service, after multiple email attempts I got one simple reply, and again, they stopped emailing back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. If something goes wrong with this product, no-one wil take responsibility. Don't buy it here.

This power supply has really impressed me as it is so quiet. I have three hard drives and an Nvidia 440 graphics card, AMD 6300 CPU. All runs fine and is so quiet that I can't tell it is on unless I get right up close and listen carefully.

Great power supply, I think it falls under tier 2 class A power supplies even though it is quite budget friendly. Currently running an Athlon 760k @ 4.3 GHz and a Sapphire 7850 on this, no problems at all. You do NOT need a lot of power, and yes, you can easily run a GTX 970 with 450W (provided it's a good power supply).

Feel free to ask any questions

408 watt 12V on the line, you can connect any graphics card and processor without fear (of course, the card 1 x 6 pin because such is the power supply.
- Slow spinning fan causes the power supply unit heats up even at low load. If it is mounted on the bottom of the case, then you need to have a well-ventilated enclosure.

Not much bad stuff I can say about this PSU. The fan is pretty quiet. It has all the connectors an entry level PC could need. I would highly recommend this PSU to any low price system.
