Pretty good for the price, and is handily semi-modular. The packaging is rather large and the unit itself covered in useful information. The claims of peak power and reliability are as yet untested by me as I have only owned the unit for a month.
It comes with a 3 year out-of-the-box warranty, which can be extended by registering the unit on the XFX website. Having seen the large and frankly unnecessary amount of demographic information XFX want from an owner to register the unit, I decided not to do this.
If I have one gripe it's that the dual head PCI-E cables are quite beefy and thus heavy, and the distance between the two connectors for a graphics card are short. This puts quite a lot of strain on a full-length card and led my Galaxy 560 to actually deform so the cooling fans caught on the housing. This problem was fixed by using two separate PCI-E cables from the PSU and then some judicious cable tying.
