HOWEVER, the reason the price is so low is because this book is decades obsolete. William's first word processing "system" was just that, a large "hardware system." His book was about his adventures with the system. It was the "first" Dummies book, i.e., IBM Display Writer for Dummies.
Yes, he will go into too much detail about how you use a system that today seems terribly old fashion. It gets tiring reading about how you "cut and paste," and do other chores. But as a guy with an IT background, it brought back "them good old days."
This is NOT a book about writing using word processing software, but a journey down memory lane when you used word processing hardware.
My source for the book re-shipped it once they were informed it had gotten lost on its way to me.
