Fascinating and useful book about mentoring for writers, it gives guidelines for both the mentor and the person being mentored. Lots of practical and helpful suggestions from people who've seen both sides of the mentoring experience. It's divided into sections such as For Mentees and For Mentors, so there's some repetition and it's not always clear where things are in the book. The final 28 pages for instance are For Managers, so mainly relevant to people setting up a mentoring scheme. But there are some great practical suggestions here including how to prepare for your sessions and what to expect.
