Product description

‘Lavishly illustrated and impressively researched’. Four stars ****

(Daily Express)

‘It can’t fail to enchant’ Four stars ****

(Mail on Sunday)

'An extensive history of animation. Cavalier has worked for Spielberg and Disney, so he knows his stuff.'

(We Love this Book magazine)

'Maybe the most ‘moving’ book you’ll read this year…with its informative and entertaining text alongside gorgeous illustrations, it is a must have for any animation enthusiast.’ 8/10

(Lancashire Evening Post)

'Takes us on a fascinating journey through the more unusual artists whose creations have caused wonderment and controversy around the world, as well as offering new insight into old favourites. What is refreshing about this book is that it can be enjoyed just as much by those with a casual interest as those who have a detailed knowledge of the subject.’
