Another world away from today's teams and drivers. When managers and drivers needed to be resourceful just to survive let alone compete, for those who are old enough it is a reminder when rallies lasted for 5 days and nights with tight schedules and little rest time. Marcus Chambers has proved to be a wonderful author as well as a great team manager, better than the best novel, a fantastic read from cover to cover.

WORKS WONDERS: Certainly does, a very entertaining book from an era when I was involved in motor rallying myself,
this book brought back lots of memories and filled in a few details I missed in my following of the sport on the international
scene.

Well worth a read, very good value for money.

Its always nice to read "MANAGERS" versions of how it all happened and who did what and when. It is even better if you have the drivers version as well.I found this book very interesting when it was first published , lent it and lost it, so I was very pleased to find copies on sale again. Recommended reading and full of talking points. A few minor errors but we have forgotten by now
