If I had to recommend just 2 books to an expectant mother, working or not, it would be this one and the Mayo Clinic guide (for a little more detail on the scientific stuff). But if you just need 1 book, I would recommend this one and then use the internet for weekly fetal updates and your doctor for your specific pregnancy needs.
