The book is structured in such a way that each chapter represents a day, to a total of 21 days. Can you imagine to get rid of all the stresses in your life for only 21 days? Not some vague pronouncement like “in the near future”, not “in a few months”, but exactly “21 days”—and it is this absolute certainty that the author assures us that makes this book a compelling read. By the end of the book—in less than a month, that is—your mood, disposition, practically your life is changed.
Shruti uses ancient, time-proven methods in getting rid of stress. What’s more, the visualization and self-affirmation techniques not only slowly but surely flush out toxic stress form our mind and heart, but also significantly improve all the aspects of our life—from improving our memory to sharpening our mental acuity to lifting up our mood so that we’re more ready to face whatever comes our way.
