The connection between the pen and the computer seems very fragile and it remains to be seen how it will stand up in use.
I think in hind sight I would look for a pen with a wifi or infra red link to the pc. I find the dictionary/translator too cumbersome to use but I didn't buy it for this anyway. Overall it's probably ok for the price.
All my e-mails to the company were not replied.
I have followed the instructions carefully and I always get the same reply that the driver was not set properly. My last chance to make it work is to get a hand from my brother-in-law who is a bit of a computer freak. I really hope he manages to make it work.
I would appreciate if someone can give me some idea as to how they solved this problem. Ideally, I would expect the company to communicate a solution to me.
