I try and get out on my hybrid as much as possible but come winter I lose my motivation and my fitness levels
This book has given me quite a lot of decent information I'm glad I purchased it I'm also more inclined to get back out there in the cold now I'm more informed about the dos and don't of winter riding some parts are common sense but if your fairly new to cycling
You will get quite a bit out of this read.
Without giving anything away I learnt there's something else you can do with socks, other than wear them, to help your winter riding!
Read it and get out riding with more confidence and better results.
Some things aren't mentioned such as special winter shoes and various alternative mudguards such as the Crud roadracer, but to name so many alternatives would make for a huge list of items, rather than a to-the-point guide.
