Like all GM fans, I was very sad to hear of his passing but fortunately, he did leave behind some outstanding filmed live performances. This DVD is a prime example and a must for all his fans. He was truly an exceptional guitar player and as they say ,could sing a bit as well.

My dad had a copy of this on VHS when I was a kid. He loves Gary Moore and it was with the opposite of great pleasure that I got to inform him of Gary' sad passing on the same phonecall I wished him a happy birthday (February 6th fact fans)

That aside this is a must own for any 80s power rawk fan, buy this and practise your solo/cum face in the mirror.

Straight transfer from vhs, which is fine.

Excellent performances. Quality music. I wish Shapes Of Things was included because Gary did that so well.

Also didn't realise that Neil Carter sounds just like Gary singing - a perfect combination of musical talent. They had been together for some time and I was surprised Carter did not continue with Gary when he did the Blues thing, which was only a couple of years away.

Anyway, Gary said in an interview later he wanted to do Blues and get away from "Andy Pandy" stagewear - although a great musician Gary suffered from image problems. Why dress in military coats? Yes he looks uncomfortable All Dressed Up (ha ha) and the set looks daft (white boxes?) and that's the only downside here.

For the money it is well worth the purchase.

The real deal from 87 Wild Frontier when Moore was a stadium filler.
This shows why.
Masterclass at every level.
Gone but never forgotten.
Legend.
RIP
