This has always been on my top 10 list, so you can imagine how happy I was to find it through Amazon, in spite of being region 1 only.

This subject is exstremely thought provoking and one which would be good to view by a debating society or similar.

Passable film version of Brian Clark's powerful and emotive drama about euthanasia. Richard Dreyfuss plays the central character, Ken, admirably but the paralysed former sculptor really deserves someone fiercer; perhaps someone like Russell Crowe.
There is a rather bizarre dream sequence in the film, involving a naked dancer; I'm not quite sure of its relevance but it's at odds with a straightforward and uncomplicated film. Pretty hard to get hold of on VHS, I believe it's now available on DVD.
