Great tunes, Great sound. Male / female split lead vocalists. Early stuff has a 60s garage punk sound crossed with '70s punk rock. I prefer the songs with the female singer (she appears on less songs though) - some of it reminds me of very early Blondie. Later they have a more commercial (early '80s) sound and it reminds me of early (pre-fame) Madonna. The male singer is a bit like a cross between Lou Reed, Richard Hell and the guy from CRIME You get one CD and a download card for another CDs worth of stuff. Both CDs are great. The only way that this collection could have been better is for it to have been 2 CDs (i guess its cheaper to do it this way?) with the complete sessions arranged over the 2 discs in chronological order.
