This is so much more than a diet book. It explains why you should change your eating regimen to feed yourself to a healthier and better life. The main emphasis is on eating non-processed foods and concentrating on fresh produce, fruits and grains that will make your dietary habits work to make you better looking and in better shape. The book also encourages exercise on a daily basis. There are explanations of spices, and a table outlining the kinds of grains to use. It finishes with over a hundred recipes for everything from breakfast to snacks. This should be at the center of your kitchen tools and references.
