There's still lots of familiarity in the writing but the story is very different.
This book is incredibly sad and I wouldn't even say it has a happy ending. However I did find it difficult to put down.
There were a few points where you wished the story would tie together a bit more quickly but everything is explained by the end and I had figured one or two bits out quite sometime before the end.
Well worth reading, only given four star rating instead of five due to the length of time it took to get certain parts to come together.
I have read another of Rosie's books which was very gripping. I shall be reading more now
Loved the psychic connections in it, but if you don't believe in them it will not spoil your read - it has some very emotional parts - strange situations - life in the day and life in the household back in history which interconnect, and are so part of the situation
I really, really recommend this book
I am now going to look if there are any follow up - I would love to continue with more of the situation with Martha and others involved.
