This book is very accessible and extremely interesting. It was recommended to me and I recommend it to others partly because it is deceptively easy to read and yet the concepts explored have depth as well as breadth. It provides insight into a range of issues and as a trainee psychotherapist I found some of the information useful in terms of matching theory to practice. As a person I enjoyed savouring the contemplation of why things happen as they do and relating these to my personal life journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this book.
