Smooth informative & delicious

As the CEO of a small urban farm that teaches people about healthy eating, I found this book to be a delight. For a small book on smoothies, the introduction is one of the best and clearest small essays on nutrition in any book I've seen lately. You learn how to drink all the colors that the USDA "plate" recommends and know why it is important. Enjoy and get healthier!

The description made this book sound a lot better than it really is. The recipes seem all about the same and something anyone could put together without the aid of a book. Also, there were no pictures...what's a recipe book without pictures?!
