I am delighted with this, especially the recipes on how to make hoppers!
The recipes are equivalent to watered down, anglicised Indian food you get all over the UK, But if you are into the idea of "fusion cooking" you may like the book.
The book also has some very badly translated sinhalese, probably from Google Translate, which shows that the author did even put the effort to proof read or have the book checked prior to having it published. I also felt that the author has a very patronising tone towards Sri Lanka in her book.
