If you are struggling to control your weight then I believe that this book could be a game changer for you, so long as you take action. What I like most was the chapter at the end where the author talked about giving yourself permission to fail, you'll understand what I mean when you read it. This book has a great structure. Each chapter comprises of the content, a principle, the chapter bibliography and the links to the sources, and finally you get some exercises for your mind gym. A well written book, interesting to read, and I highly recommend it.
