Getting bored of meat and salad? This book has 4 weeks worth of great ideas and most of them were new even to me. They are delicious, well presented and easy to follow with normal ingredients most of which you will have on hand.
If you were thinking of trying the paleolithic diet to boost your health, want to lose a bit of weight or need to go gluten free these recipes will be amazing for you.
Well after reading this cook book and trying a few of the recipes I'm very happy to say I was WRONG!
The recipes are simple and easy to follow. They only require the kind of normal ingredients that any decent cook would have in their kitchen.
And they taste GREAT. My favourite is crockpot "chicken in a dip". Who would have thought that Palaeolithic people had crockpots!! Seriously though the recipes and easy, tasty and healthy.
I'm looking forward to trying the Nutty Flounder next.
