In the meantime, congratulations Jean on a great story.
The life of Connie as it shaped along her career and the lengths she went to for her patients.
The help and support of the local Doctor all made for excellent reading.
The NHS as it was when it first started and to what it has become now.
This is a really good book I couldn't put it down I had guess who Connie would marry from the Millie books
In this book you some sad cases some funny ones & of course the uplifting/great ones
Along side about Connie's work & private life it also tells a bit about the working of the young NHS
I can highly recommended this book
