The order was dealt with without a hitch and delivery was fine.
As soon as I put the batteries in it started to find the real time automatically using a radio signal based in Anthorn, Cumbria which is about 292 miles from my home in Hampshire, after a couple of goes it stopped at 4pm which was perfect, It also changes the time from summer to winter automatically and vice-versa.
It has an indoor and outdoor temperature indicator on the face which is large and clear to read.
The external remote (about the size of a small mobile phone) was easy to fix outside. I did make a mistake of fixing to a fence post which was out in the sun and got very hot but after moving to a shaded position the unit and clock showed an accurate reading.
I would recommend this clock to anyone who wants to now the right time and accurate temperature inside and out.
It's also great as a self setting clock, you just pop a battery in and then leave it alone, it sets itself and you don't need to worry about changing the time when the clocks go back and forth.
A great clock, well worth the price.
The hour and minute hand are working fine, but the seconds hand is nowadays always stuck between 7 and 8. Completely disappointed.
Two hours later and it has found the signal. The hour hand being one minute out is annoying, but otherwise it is telling us the temp outside and in, and the time. Just what we need before we go out. (We live in a flat). Maybe they could add a wind speed display?!
