This creates a really nice gin and tonic, but we were disappointed with the lack of rhubarb taste. It creates a very tasty gin and tonic but if you want rhubarb you are better off with Edinburgh's rhubarb gin.
The bottle is engraved and looks great - this would make a decent present and much appreciated for the evening wind-down period. Mixed with a quality tonic like Fentimans or Fever tree and a lot of pure ice (don't use tap water, buy it filtered from supermarkets) and the flavours are sensational.
I like it because I like Gin, not so sure I can taste rhubarb but I am trying to imagine I can. A little sweet personally but nice over lots of ice. My main complaint is the size of the bottle - I know it's 70cl but this is far too small for something so expensive. I am trying to make it last, but its hard
