If you are going to state that your warm ups are fun then it would be best to do so. A fun warm up to me suggests a game called 'Sharks and Minnows' or 'Cops and Robbers' and so on. Yet the book contains nothing of the kind.

Some of the drills (not many though) did give me a few ideas to incorporate into my sessions so this purchase was not completely wasted.

However I found that the book was not well structured with many diagrams and text all over the place. The drills also did not seem to be in any structured order, the chapter entitled 'Ball Skills' mainly contained passing drills which also had its own chapter. This made it harder to extract information.

I think this book is excellent, it is designed for experienced coaches to add technical warm ups to their drills. I found the warm ups were aimed at all levels, there was a clear structure to the warm ups and they were described in a clear manner. Excellent work, well done.

The book has a lot drills, however they lack clarification and you have to read them 2,3 or more times to grasp the concept of the drill. It's very difficult to understand and the diagrams are practically useless since they're like little icons and don't give a clear representation of the prime movers in the drill, nor direction of the ball.I'm still trying to use it though, since the games are pretty interesting,at least the ones I understand.I wouldn't recommend this book, look else or use speed, agility and quickness drills for warm-up or just basic ball skill work
