It's the cheapest I have seen it for and very enjoyable to play.
If you've played any of the games it's great to move your way around the board.
The first side of the board is Fallout 1 locations, second side being Fallout 2, third side being Fallout 3 and lastly the fourth side being Fallout 4. Community Chest and Chance are replaced Vault Dweller Survival Guides and You're S.P.E.C.I.A.L cards, which again stick to the story, offering cards such as - 'you've been captured and sent to Germantown Police HQ - go directly to jail'.
Very good buy for any Monopoly or Fallout lover!
This is the usual game of monopoly where you aquire property and build on it but themed on The Walking Dead comic books on which the tv series is based.
The board looks brilliant with the comic graphics/colours used all over it. Everything has been changed to The Walking Dead.
The six player tokens are -
Lucille (Baseball bat)
Bucket of body parts
Currency has been replaced with supplies. Houses are walls.
Hotels are guard towers.
Chance cards are now Scavenge cards.
The Community Chest cards are Supply Chest cards.
Income Tax has been replaced with Zombie Herd
The Luxury Tax has been replaced with Protection.
The properties around the board aee now -
Utilities. . .
Railway stations. . .
Properties. . .
Light Blue -
Cynthiana Police Department
Harrison Memorial Hospital
Prison Block C
Prison Block A
Greene Family Farmhouse
Greene Family Barn
Woodbury Fight Arena
The Hunters' Base
Father Gabriel's Church
National Guard Station
Downtown Washington DC
The Hilltop Colony
If you are a collector of Monopoly this will be a good addition. We have a few such as the classic, Simpsons, 007 and Marvel Super Heroes.
Great game with a new look.
I still find it frustrating that Go, Free Parking, Go to jail and jail still never get changed, I realise this is a monopoly template but I do wish they would get changed. That's the only reason I knocked a star off
Secondly, the switch from vanilla Monopoly to Skyrim Monopoly is 95% brilliant, 5% 'why do they still have go, jail, go to jail and free parking squares?' Everything else is changed to be in character apart from these four squares, and it's weird. I understand the need to have The Brand included, but it takes you out of things a bit. Plus the money is only printed on a single side of paper, which is a cheap cop-out, frankly.
So it's a decent - imperfect - tie-in for a game that isn't actually very good unless there's a lot of you and you're all playing like utter buggers. Your mileage may vary, but I won't be dipping in too often.
The differences are the usual Monopoly streets are replaced with Walking Dead themed ones - Altanta Survivors Camp, The Kingdom, Alexandria Safe Zone etc.
The standard Monopoly tokens Top Hat, Iron etc are replaced with Walking Dead items - Rick's Hat, Lucille etc.
My only gripe is that they haven't redesigned the houses & hotels, they still look the same as standard monopoly ones although they are now meant to represent walls and guard towers.
