Product Description

Review

'Yay! More puns, warm-up strips, fleeting thoughts, full-blown sketches and a wealth of archival material stretching far further back than you might imagine. If I was going to let anyone redesign the Page 45 shop front, it would be Brandon Graham I could spend hours window shopping here, gawping at all the signage.' ---- Page 45 (24 July)

About the Author

This is more than an art book but don't expect any details on how to draw his stuff here. This is a collection of sketches, concepts (that we're never realised) and drawings of his day-to-day life (his lady Marian and himself as the walrus...)
There's a lot to notice here, he's put a lot of whats influenced him into this sketchbook. There's a lot of old manga series drawn in and a lot of western comics (mixed into one another) in here. It's a fun kind of read to browse through, probably for the comic fans coffee table when inviting other comics fans over to look at. I would like to do my own version ( if only I could draw....)
Who would I recommend this to? Brandon Graham fans obvs but that in itself is limited appeal (reduces rating) I would happily buy another one of these if he brought another out
