Beautiful, excellent, wonderful...there just aren't enough superlatives to describe the work of this band! This song is a masterpiece of emotion-driven rock (my attempt at avoiding the phrase 'power ballad'). It's like the grown-up cousin of Def Leppard's Hysteria - with the rhythm section tight as ever for KOL and the vocals skating that fine line of badass and vulnerability. Nobody does that better than Caleb Followill (though Billy McCarthy of Augustines is a serious contender!)

This new release from Kings of Leon tugs at the heart strings, reminds me of the aching unrequited loves of high school days - bitter-sweet and on-repeat! :)
