Watching this PPV, I had high expectations for it, since Smackdown is a decent show in WWE, this is a very good PPV as it is the last one before Wrestlemania.

FIRST MATCH-HARDY BOYS & CHRIS BENOIT VS. MVP & MNM W/ MELINA IN A 6 MAN TAG TEAM MATCH Good way to start the match. It started a bit slow at the start, but later the pace quickened & the match got more exciting & entertaining. Benoit rolls through & makes Joey Mercury tap out to get a victory for the Hardy Boys & himself. 6/10

SECOND MATCH- GREGORY HELMS {CHAMPION} VS. SHANNON MOORE VS. FUNAKI VS. CHAVO GUERRERO VS. DAIVAIRI VS. SCOTTY 2 HOTTY VS. JAMIE NOBLE VS. JIMMY WANG YANG IN AN OPEN CRUISERWEIGHT INVITATIONAL MATCH FOR THE WWE CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP I'm a very big fan of Cruiserweights, & I never get disappointed watching them, especially in this match here. Chavo Guerrero nails the Frog Splash on Jimmy Wang Yang to get the win & become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. 5/10

THIRD MATCH- FINLAY & LITTLE BASTARD VS. BOOGEYMAN & LITTLE BOOGEYMAN This was not really a wrestling match, it was more like a comedy match, despite not being a clear wrestling contest, it still entertained me with the funny antics. Finlay nails the Little Boogeyman with the Shillaegh to get the win. Boogeyman does not deserve to be on a PPV, & does not deserve to be in WWE. 4/10

FOURTH MATCH- KANE VS. KING BOOKER W/ SHARMELL This was a surprisingly good match, I thought it would be mediocre, but it turned out into a real competitive wrestling contest. Hats off to both men, pulling a very entertaining match. Kane wins after a Chokeslam on King Booker. 6/10

FIFTH MATCH- PAUL London & BRIAN KENDRICK {CHAMPIONS} VS.

WWE No Way Out 2007:

Hardys & Chris Benoit vs MNM & MVP: ****

Great opening match to start off the pay-per-view.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship Invitational: ****

I always love a good cruiserweight match, where we get to see all the top cruiserweights of Smackdown battling to become the WWE Cruiserweight champion.

Finlay & Little Bastard vs The Boogeyman and Little Boogeyman: ***

Quite a fun match, especially the confrontation between Little Bastard and Little Boogeyman.

King Booker vs Kane: ****

A match that really worked, and one of the best matches on the match card.

London & Kendrick vs Deuce & Domino: ***

A tag match for the WWE Tag Team Championship. which pulled off really well.

Mr Kennedy vs Bobby Lashley for the ECW Championship: ***

Not the best coordination of a match, but a great effort by Mr Kennedy.

Divas Invitational:

Just a simple contest on seeing what the divas of the WWE could put together.

John Cena & Shawn Michaels vs Batista & The Undertaker: ****

Nice way to finish off the show with an amazing main event, and an almost shocker towards the end of the match.

This was a good PPV with a superb main event. Not the best of Smackdown so far (this is the final PPV before making all PPVs tri-branded officially). There were a few let-downs but it doesn't ruin it entirely.

1. 6-MAN TAG MATCH: The Hardys & Chris Benoit vs MNM & M.V.P

This was a superb way to kick off the show! Really sets up the Benoit/M.V.P rivalry and great to see the Hardys and MNM battle for the final time. Awesome moves, although it did get slow in places, and there were a couple of awkward moments. But on the whole, super, definitely worthy of a PPV (maybe even WrestleMania). Great match. (8.5/10)

2. CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE OPEN INVITATIONAL: Gregory Helms (c) vs Scotty 2 Hotty vs Daivari vs Chavo Guerrero vs Jamie Noble vs Shannon Moore vs Jimmy Wang Yang vs Funaki

Action-packed an all, a neat match to the PPV. Started with Scotty & Daivari (he has improved since leaving Khali), eventually came down to Chavo and Yang. Very entertaining match, but was over very quickly, Funaki didn't last 15 seconds! Finally we get to see a new Cruiserweight Champ crowned. Not one you would watch again and again but still very enjoyable. (6/10)

3. TAG TEAM MATCH: Finlay & Hornswoggle vs The Boogeyman & Little Boogeyman

Wow! I was surprised at this match, I was expecting it to be awful. But it turned out to be very entertaining. Funny moment when Finlay kicks Little Boogey in the head. Very short and funny match, the midgets are a nice add to the WWE roster. Not a five-star match but worth the watch. The wrestling perspective is bad, but the entertainment value is worth every second! Overall; (7/10)

4. Kane vs King Booker

The first singles match of the night is not groundbreaking.

No way out was the event before wrestlemania 23 and is clearly a chance to warm the fires of the years biggest pay per view, that being said there was some good stuff here and some average drawn out stuff which got boring and fast and that is always a shame, too much of a good thing isnt always good.
The event opened with a six man tag,MVP was partnered by MNM and they went up against chris benoit and the hardys, the match started very slow which confused some and then it warmed up and we got the best of all involved but i think this meant that its hard to view this match as anything other than an average opener,i certainly expected better.
A cruiserweight open invitational was up next, the champ greg helms had it all to do against 7 men,i think it was 7,the match was very rapid and seemed to fly by and never got boring, jimmy wang yang deserves special praise for a great shift here, impressive, but does he win it,you will have to watch and find out.
Next up was a purely rotten match, finlay and hornswoggle went up against boogeyman and little boogeyman, this match was disgusting in that it was so bad that i wish i could delete it from my dvd, dear lord, wasting electric on this makes me feel ill.
Kane went up against king booker next in a very smashmouth match that was predominantly a brawl but there was some good stuff aside from that, this match did its job in terms of being entertaining and thats what it is all about.
The WWE tag team titles were up for grabs next, the champs paul london and brian kendrick went up against deuce and domino,i found this match to be fair to midland in terms of quality,i blame both teams for failing to gel as i know they could, there was some good moves but the odd botched move and a lack of urgency but it wasnt the worst match in the world.
