The WG790E.1 Landroid M takes care of your lawn autonomously. Packed with a full set of features, Landroid is a robotic mower that’s extraordinarily easy to install and program. If your lawn is up to 800m² large, the the WG790E.1 Landroid M is designed for you. Be the envy of your friends with an immaculate lawn, with none of the hard work. Landroid comes pre-programmed and ready to go straight out of the box, simply select a pre-programmed pre-set, install the boundary wire and your Landroid is good to go! Your Landroid will automatically return to its docking station to recharge itself when it's low on power but will always follow the boundary wire back home ensuring your gardens edges are always cut. The Landroid deposits the short grass clippings back into your lawn providing it with much needed natural nourishment, another task you no longer need to do. Unlike other automatic mowers that are blind, Landroid is equipped with a patented Artificial Intelligence Algorithm (AIA) that allows it to make decisions. It is able to navigate and mow narrow passages where other robots would only pass through (Provided the boundary wire has been laid). Landroid adapts to your garden rather than you adapting your garden to the Landroid. Smart technology and all terrain tread wheels allow the Landroid to work on gradients up to 20° (35% gradient). You can also easily adjust the cutting height to suit your lawn from 20-60 mm, by simply turning the dial.

I am hardly at home so my garden is often left looking terrible. But not anymore with the help of this little guy. Installation was straightforward, the longest part is setting the boundary wire.
But once its all set up, just press go and off it goes. Garden is looking great now with out the need for me to be there and do it.
I did have a video but it seems to have corrupted whilst uploading to Amazon.
As such I've expanded the below to give you further information till I fix the video issue!
The lawnmower was easily installed, it was just the process of laying the boundary wire using the supplied begs and fixing it to the ground. You keep the wire about 20-30 cm from the edge of the lawn so it still has space to turn around. I fixed a peg to the wire every meter or so, and this worked well to keep the wire taught. (During the installation I found that if the wire wasn't taught the lawnmower managed to 'eat' the wire with it's blades so watch out for that)
Once the boundary wire has been interleaved you then install the base station that is provided with the 4 pegs and connect it to power. The power cable is quite long so you don't need to worry about not having enough. Also make sure you put the base station dock the right way round, there's an arrow that needs to face into the lawn. If it's the wrong way round then the lawnmower won't drive into the correct side of the dock and will get stuck.
Programming the lawnmower is incredibly simple, you just select the day using the keypad underneath the protective cover on the lawnmower and select the day then the time you want it to start and finally how long for. You can select an automatic amount of time based on the size of your garden if you wish.
After that it's plug and play, everything works automatically and the lawnmower can stay outside all year (though it's recommended to take it in during the winter to avoid the cold weather damaging it though it's not a must).
Lastly it also has a rain sensor and will stop mowing if it rains and wait two hours before it starts again.
I think this is one of those devices that you won't realise how useful it is until you looks back on how much time you've saved. If you mow your lawn once a week for 30 mins to an hour during the warmer seasons then you could save 15 hours+ a year - if not a lot more.
By that virtue alone, and the fact that this works so well, it has to be worth considering
After this you hit start and that is it.
Fresh cut lawn every day.
It has now been mowing our lawn for just over a week and I've been really impressed. The lawnmower goes out - unless it's raining does it's job and parks itself back. The fact that no interaction is required by myself at all is very impressive.
As such I have no issue recommending this autonomous lawnmower.
After about 3 months of use the lawnmower suddenly decided to not stop mowing and chewed up all our grass - not great. After a lot of troubleshooting I worked out that the internal clock has frozen and would not work - hence why if it was sent out it'd never stop. It'd just go back, recharge and head back out.
I got in touch with the the guys at Worx who helped me confirm the issue and reset the device. After that didn't work they arranged a courier to pick up the lawnmower and sent me a brand new replacement which worked flawlessly until I took it in for the winter. Now I'm just waiting for the weather to improve and then the mower will be back out keeping our lawn in pristine condition once more.
This is honestly one of the best household gadgets I've ever had. As the issue was fixed so quickly, I still have no issue giving this 5 stars as it does seem to have been a freak occurrence.
