About the Author

ALWAYS YOUR FRIENDLY neighborhood cosmic secretary of romance, Emma Rider has been weaving stories since she was about five, writing and acting out plays about princes and princesses for her parents often. She currently resides in the East Coast with her husband and two standard poodles. She loves to read, needs to write, and has a love/hate relationship with cooking—but she can be found doing any of these. If she’s not found doing any of these, don’t send out a search war-rant. She’s probably practicing martial arts, dabbling in graphic design or pestering friends with movie quotes. She loves romance, loves happy endings and especially loves writing them. I did enjoy this and liked both the characters. The author did a relatively good job of building a connection considering 95% of the book is just written from the female point of view and sometimes I can find it difficult to relate to the relationship if I don't see it from both sides.
In total honestly- this would have been 5* if the connection between the characters was a bit deeper. She spends a lot of time swooning at other men and then the two protagonists only have one meaningful conversation the whole book. It's 3 lines long.
This isn't one to tug on your heart strings, this is pure light entertainment.
On the whole though, an entertaining read. I enjoyed it

It was OK I love it when females have a back bone. The hugging business was a bit far fetched and stupid but if you can get past that it's OK. I loved the bikers in this book. I did like this book. It was just nothing special.

Wasn't convinced about this book when I read the blurb, MMA fighter and a professional cuddler!!! But I loved it, great storyline and fantastic characters. Do y usually leave reviews but I would recommend this book. Would love to read stories for more of the characters like Jase. Brilliant

A lot of similarities to katy Evans real ,chemistry between main characters was good ,and supporting characters have their own stories to tell (jace and Jules ) could have been longer but a good all round read.

Whilst the info gives the general premise to this book it really doesn't do it justice. It's set in the MMA world but this is minimal; the main focus is the relationship between the H and h. Without giving away the story, if you like an alpha, dominant (in a good, protective way) hero, a heroine who has had a tough time but isn't a pushover and ' laugh out loud moments ' then this book is for you. Go on, 'one-click' now and get reading.

Is a professional cuddler even a thing? I have no doubt it is and surprisingly it works within the confines of this book.

This unusual occupation is how Jade, the professional cuddler meets Ryland, the Mixed Martial Artist who reminded me very much of another well known fictional fighter. The fact he wants her and will do anything to get her and the way he does it was what struck me as similar.

Because of the similarities between Rylands character it was hard not to love him and there were enough differences in the story to make it unique.

I loved Jade, she was down to earth, loyal and at her very heart a fighter.

This was a great book and really well written and despite it being a stand alone I can only hope there is more from the other characters in the book.

It maybe my first book from Emma Rider, but it most definitely isn't the last.

I really liked this book, its an easy read that flows along nicely.
HOW HOT is the hero!!! what i really liked is how he didnt go about sleeping with other females once he was with her, thats a refreshing difference!!
For me, I hope this series isnt going to drag on and on, to milk it because people get bored easily, id like to maybe see another 1 or 2 linked to this book then something different, people like a variety!! well done though.
