I bought this product three months ago but I'm now being told that my copy is not genuine. Anybody else experienced this? Microsoft tells me I have a Volume License Key - does this mean I have to purchase another key to use on my home PC?

It doesn't pay you to be legal anymore. You might as well get hold of a illegal copy in the first place than mess about trying to negotiate with Microsoft every time you format your hard drive.
