This is more a pamphlet than a recipe book. It contains just 24 'recipes' for water flavoured with fruit (agua fresca).
It goes like this: muddle some fruit (alone or with some herbs), allow to steep in water in the fridge overnight; enjoy.
The instructions are at the front and each recipe gives you ratios for fruit and water. For example, the first recipe, 'Strawberry Kiss', in its entirety is 2 quarts water and 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries.
I do wish the list of recipes was more extensive and exciting, but some of the flavour combinations sound really nice, and I could see myself making and enjoying every single recipe, so that's certainly a plus considering how few recipes are included.
Easy to read and well written. Gives succinct information and good recipe ideas. Will help me with moving from shop bought flavoured water which contain artificial sweeteners. Will enable a healthier fluid intake. Liked most of the recipes which worked well. Suitable for those who want to increase water intake and have a healthier lifestyle.
