HASH(0x96ebec90) out of 5 stars Elegant watch. A great value, too. 3 Mar. 2013
By Edmund - Published on Amazon.com
This is a pretty timepiece that looks much more expensive than its actual cost. This watch is best described as "understated" and of a robust quality. The brushed stainless steel presents a clean look without being showy. And the black soft leather band with its delicate white stitching adds to its attractiveness.

It's just a bit on the larger side (measuring about 1 and 3/4 inches across from left case edge to crown). But it's certainly not of the huge "bling" variety of watches that seem so prevalent these days. Everything about this watch whispers "self-assured" and "classy."

I own two other Victorinox Swiss Army Watches and a black leather wallet (two of which I purchased here at Amazon) and I really like the quality of those products, too.

I don't think you will be disappointed if you decide to select this watch.

HASH(0x98a62eb8) out of 5 stars Good Looking Watch that Loses Time 22 Aug. 2013

The leather band, case and face of this watch are very nice, but after a year of infrequent use (about only half of the time) it started to lose time. Not just a few minutes, but losing several hours every few days, which has progressively gotten worse. I do not think that it is the battery, because after another six months it still keeps ticking and moving, but continues to loose time.

This was my fourth Victorinox Swiss Army watch, and I am very disappointed with it. I probably will try another brand next time.

HASH(0x97374618) out of 5 stars Beautiful watch with good price 1 Feb. 2013

This is an absolutely beautiful watch. It has nice easy to read dial and genuine black leather strap. The white threads on the leather strap makes it look more classy. You can't go wrong with this watch.

Good piece of gear. It's little larger than expected. It strap apperature is too narrow to accept 9mm band. Wow.

Total Let Down,
I have owned this watch for a bit more than a year. The first battery went dead in 2 or 3 months. I assumed the watch had been on the shelf before sale and battery had aged. Unfortunately it was not just an old battery. Every 2-3 months this watch has needs a new battery. Most recently the cool stitched leather band broke next the the body of the watch. The piece that connects to the watch band pin is a flap that is folded over and glued. The glue has come undone. I do not wear the watch every day. I have several other watches. This is my most unreliable watch in my collection.
