Having first seen an example of Pasmore's work as a student in Penzance, when my school exhibited a range of art works which was owned by Cornwall County Council, I remember being awe inspired by it. Since then (the 1960s), I have, of course, seen many more examples of his work and I have always been highly impressed by his discipline, sensitivity, creativity and sheer intelligence.
Although I'd love to own some of his work, it is now way beyond what I am able to afford so this book is the next best thing.
It gives a very comprehensive overview of his early years right up to his final works and is highly recommended to anyone who likes Pasmore's work. Delightful.

Interesting as far as it went, but too much emphasis on Pasmore's opinions which at times verged on parody art jargon. Very well produced but I wanted more technical information on the works.
